Home care services are designed to support one’s well-being and independence at home. These services are typically offered by aged health care providers.
In some circumstances, one may be eligible for a government-subsidised home care package. This is determined by undertaking an Aged Care Assessment Test (ACAT). If approved the applicant is then placed into one of four levels ranging from basic (level 1) to high care (level 4) needs. The level determines the total amount of funding.
About MyChoice
MyChoice is an intuitive yet sophisticated home care planning tool that can be used on desktop, tablet and mobile. You can use the app to view and select from a range of home care services, spread your allocated budget by adding/removing options and adjust regularity and length of service(s) to suit your needs.
